Shaina Tinsey
Senior Analyst
Shaina Tinsey is a senior analyst on CHRT’s health and social equity team. Tinsley supports the MI Community Care (MiCC) regional health collaborative. MiCC is a cross-sector care coordination program focused on serving community members in Livingston and Washtenaw counties with complex health and social needs.
Prior to joining CHRT, Tinsey worked as a program officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Flint, Michigan. She oversaw grant-making and capacity-building programs supporting Flint’s non-profit community development corporations there. Previously, Tinsey worked for Henry Ford Jackson, supporting community health initiatives and providing backbone support to the Health Improvement Organization, a collective impact collaborative.
Shaina holds an MPH with a focus on health behavior and health education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BS in health administration from Eastern Michigan University.
