About CHRT

Sarah is a dual-degree student pursuing an MPP at the Ford School and an MBA at the Ross School of Business (class of 2028). Prior to attending University of Michigan, Sarah worked as a healthcare administrator at a public district hospital in Washington state. She is most interested in health and social policy, particularly health system design and payment reform, and the role that local and state governments play in keeping their communities healthy and ensuring that all residents can access the services they need.

Sarah is CHRT’s 2026 Rebecca Copeland intern.
