Shannon D. Striebich

President and Chief Executive Officer , Trinity Health Michigan

Shannon D. Striebich, president and CEO of Trinity Health Michigan, leads one of the region’s largest and most integrated health systems with 10 hospitals, two medical groups and more than 400 care sites across Michigan. She is deeply committed to creating the most personalized, easy and coordinated services to improve the health and well-being of all people.

Since becoming CEO in 2023, Trinity Health Michigan has brought pediatric specialists to Oakland County, opened an expanded inpatient rehabilitation unit at Chelsea Hospital, and broke ground on a new replacement hospital in Livingston County.

During her 21-year tenure with Trinity Health Michigan, Striebich has consistently excelled in positions of growing scope and responsibility, from hospital operations lead to president of Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia hospitals, to senior vice president of Operations. She has led operational performance to benchmark levels, launched key initiatives, and transformed service line models to make it easier for patients to access care.

An active voice in the community, Striebich is past chair and member of the Michigan Health & Hospital Association Board, and a current member/past chair of the MHA’s Keystone Center Board, and past chair of the MHA’s Legislative Policy Panel. Additionally, she is a board member of the Care House of Oakland County and Trinity Health IHA Medical Group.

She is a member of the Midwest Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives where she serves as a member-at-large, an adjunct faculty member at the University of Detroit Mercy, and an advisory Board member of Lawrence Tech’s College of Business and Information Technology. She is also involved in the local Rochester community where she resides with her husband and four children.

A recognized health care thought leader, Striebich received MHA’s Healthcare Leadership Award and was named a Woman Who Moves Detroit by Hour Detroit, and a Notable Woman in Healthcare by Crain’s Detroit Business.
