Madeleine McConnell

Clinician and Addiction Specialist

Madeleine McConnell, MS, LPC, CAADC, NCC, is a clinician and addiction specialist in northeast Michigan. She owns a private practice where she provides counseling services, clinical supervision, and neurofeedback. McConnell has contracted with Catholic Human Services for the past seven years as a therapist and program consultant contributing to the development and implementation of innovative addiction treatment programs across the region. She works with hospitals supporting project assert implementation in emergency departments, works with the local jails on implementation of treatment services for inmates, coordinates post overdose response teams in seven northeast Michigan Counties, collaborates with community service organizations to improve access to care for individuals with substance use disorders. McConnell has supported the development of integrated treatment services and access to medication assisted recovery in medical clinics, trained agencies on topics relevant to addiction and medication assisted recovery, supports the development and expansion of Peer and Family Recovery Coaching services in the region, and has partnered on the writing and implementation of two successful Michigan Health Endowment initiatives supporting programs for families impacted by addiction.
