Health Strategies and Innovation Analyst
Adriana Mancillas is a project manager and social worker committed to building healthy and empowered communities. Adriana supports the MI Community Care (MiCC) regional health collaborative. MiCC is a cross-sector care coordination program focused on serving community members in Livingston and Washtenaw counties with complex health and social needs.
Adriana provides volunteer leadership support to Mexiquenses Unidos en Michigan, strengthening language accessibility in local nonprofits and healthcare settings. Previously, she served as the Crisis Support and Advocacy Services program coordinator at SafeHouse Center, where she provided trauma-informed support to survivors of intimate partner violence and their advocates.
With expertise in program development, stakeholder engagement, and people-centered service delivery, her work focuses on improving health access for all and continuous quality improvement in community-based programs.
