Alexis Ventimiglia
Human Resources Business Partner , Emergent Health Partners
Alexis Ventimiglia was recently promoted to Human Resources Business Partner at Emergent Health Partners. She will serve as a liaison for road employees, aiding in the onboarding process and employee experience.
Ventimiglia is approaching four years at Huron Valley Ambulance. During that time, she progressed from an Emergency Medical Technician to an Operations Support Technician, earning a spot on the Tactical EMS Team as first female member in its 20-year existence.
Ventimiglia completed an academic internship this past summer with Karl Rock, Regional Vice President of Emergent Health Partners, and will earn her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University in December 2022. Ventimiglia will continue her studies at EMU this winter, beginning a master’s degree in Business Administration.
