Shalini Raichur
Summer Enrichment Program Intern
Shalini Raichur is entering her senior year at Saint Louis University and calls Muscatine, IA home. She is majoring in public health with minors in social work, urban poverty studies, and entrepreneurship. She has held various internships, some of which include her local homeless shelter, public health department, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Missouri. On campus, she enjoys being involved in a variety of activities like leading a clean water advocacy club, coordinating Red Cross blood drives, and serving in the St. Louis community with a service organization she is part of. When she’s not in the classroom or running around campus, she enjoys working out, cooking, and hammocking. Shalini is passionate about global health and public health practices in developing countries, as well as advocating for equitable healthcare in America. If public health doesn’t work out, her dream job is to be a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream taste tester.
