Kevin Klobucar

Kevin J. Klobucar is executive vice president, Health Care Value, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Klobucar earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University’s Executive MBA program. He’s also a certified public accountant.
As BCBSM executive vice president, Health Care Value, Klobucar is responsible for product development, provider contracting and network management, medical and pharmacy management, as well as wellness program and care management delivery across all lines of business for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Previously, Klobucar served as BCBSM senior vice president, Health Care Value, and president and CEO of Blue Care Network. He has held multiple executive positions, including vice president of Products and Marketing and greater Michigan regional executive for BCN, vice president of Family Health Centers for BCN, vice president of Business Development and Product Support for BCN, and chief operating officer and director of Finance and Treasurer for BCN of East Michigan.
Klobucar is a member of the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Livingston County, Greater Detroit Area Health Council and Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Alumni Board of Directors.
