Need:
As communities across the country develop community care hubs to coordinate services that address social needs, organizations are seeking guidance on sustainable business and governance models. Understanding the range of organizational and corporate structures available will help hubs choose models that best fit their missions, partnerships, and accountability goals.
CHRT’s role:
CHRT is supporting P2ASC by providing content consultation, drafting, and editing for an issue brief on community care hub structures. Jennifer Black will contribute up to eight hours of development support, and Executive Director Joshua Traylor will review and provide final feedback. The brief will be co-branded by CHRT and P2ASC, and Ms. Black will be listed as a co-author.
