National Council on Aging learning community facilitation for the Vital Seniors Initiative
The Vital Seniors Initiative, in partnership with the National Council on Aging, seeks to improve access to critical resources for vulnerable older adults and their caregivers. Collaboratively, they are working to spark innovative, actionable solutions to the problems faced by seniors, their families, and their caregivers; to enhance services available to these populations; and to boost the collaborative capacity of Washtenaw County organizations that are addressing these and other needs.
CHRT is facilitating learning activities, strategic planning, and deliverables, while helping Vital Seniors grantees collaborate with community-based organizations to strengthen and coordinate their programs. CHRT organizes and facilitates monthly webinars, learning activities, individual and small group coaching sessions, and strategic planning activities.
